FAILURES ARE FEEDBACKS, NOT SETBACKS

I wanted to release this article yesterday, but somehow I had no release to until this morning; I therefore urge you to read carefully and thoughtfully!

It is not uncommon to see people reminisce on their past achievements and successes, missed opportunities and failures in a time like this; but the posture of your heart and understanding matters in your approach as you move on in life.

We live in a world and environment where, you are spanked, insulted and bullied when you fail. And that shapens our belief system consciously or unconsciously.

But it is expedient you see, in the spirit of positive energy, that your failures are not drawbacks, they are feedbacks from tasks carried out, educating you and teaching you wisdom not to take same lane. Doing the same thing the same way and expecting a different result is the height of stupidity, they say.

Society has taught us to out rightly frown at failure, but as good as that is, it should not make us lose focus of the fact that it’s a report that strengthens our focus and strategized preparation for success. This is how to turn your pains into gains.

Failure has always been part of the equation for success; most investors/highly successful people would tell you, how they failed a couple of times, before they were recognized for their outstanding success.

Time will fail me to talk of Sir James Dyson, Thomas Edison, Walt Disney, Albert Einstein, Abraham Lincoln, Oprah Winfrey and many others.

This is neither a license to keep failing nor an enthusiastic discuss/betalk to appeal to your emotions. Experientially speaking, I once failed in a major task and that bruised my ego in no small way, because I was too sure of success. I got deeply sad and discouraged until I swallowed my pride to learn from my errors of commission and omission for outstanding victory.

Listen, the real definition of failure is not in an unsuccessful attempt but when you stop making attempts! You are not your failure; you are a separate entity from your challenges and short-comings. There is a great man on your inside!

Stop groveling, learn from your failures, dust the ashes off your body, freshen up and get going, because you are better than this!

Seize to see your failures as drawbacks, but instead as feedbacks; and let those challenges fuel your passion/resolve in maximum positive energy to becoming a better person. You are loved!
