God knew what He was doing when he fabricated the substance of your being together and put in you the seed of greatness to be nurtured, see yourself through His lens.

Does it not interest you that with about 8 billion people in the whole world, nobody looks exactly like you? No one has the same voice print, fingerprint and eye print as you do. God made you so unique that nobody else has same specificities as you!

No matter how small you appreciate the importance of your minimus (little finger), its little infection with whitlow (or herpetic whitlow) can sentence your whole body to a sleepless night and make you suffer the anguish of the excruciating pain.

You see, sometimes, like the little finger, you may be overwhelmed with a feeling unworthiness because you do not meet up with the required standards amidst peers, but remember that you are your most prized possession and at the end, it will still be about you anyways.

Reducing yourself to a speck of a trifling and inconsequential fluff is not humility! Don't look down on yourself, don't you dare do it!! Your perceived "little you" may mean a teardrop in a giant ocean; making a ripple, which still makes a wave all the same!!!

Being small today neither equates weakness nor purposelessness. Hey! You are not insignificant, love yourself, love on yourself big time and become comfortable in your own skin as you make tangible progress. Shalom!
