Bitterness is a deadly spiritual disease; it eats up life faster than cancer. Its root shoots forth, causing trouble and bitter torment, contaminating the man of understanding, defiling the righteous!
Bitterness is a silent thief of virtues and a road block to the anointing.
It sprouts up from both legitimate and illegitimate things that men do, mostly legitimate things that men do which most times was never your fault though.
It is provokingly frustrating when allowed. Give it a chance for a mile, it will take a yard!
Her sisters are anger and aversion. To look away seems impossible, to forgive appears stupid, to let go looks like forever!
It is a gateway that gives entrance to other opportunistic spiritual and physical infections/diseases. Bitterness is a ‘pus’ to the body, a poison to the soul and a sin to the spirit!
How much lives have been wasted! How much destinies have been shut down owing to bitterness. It is a waster of efforts, a drainer of endowed graces gotten overtime sacrificially. It does not hesitate to crash down a life built in years and months in days!
Run away from it brother, it will tarnish your garments and frustrate your efforts. Let go of it sister if you must be in health and prosper, both physically and spiritually!
It is a stone to the “kidney” that births other stones, who in conjunction with them, annihilates and euthanizes the destinies of men in the earth realm.
Forgive and let that wound heal… God’s grace upon you is too weighty for this taint… Let go of it NOW!!! Shalom!
