Every single man who possesses breath in his nostrils builds. Either with a visionary mindset or void of one, we all build. We plan to build, and we build to plan, either consciously or not, which will materialize with time.
It will interest you that even the vision of no vision, built on the foundation of shortsightedness and laxity, will still come to pass! Day in, day out, we lay bricks over one another.
Ministry, carrier, family, relationship, marriage, business…, we were and are building. But needed for these piles of building bricks is a foundation, if our efforts and investments will last and stand the test of time.
For those building right and their opposite counterparts, a time will come when the strength of your foundation would be tested! The test will come with the descent of heavy rain, the heavy flood and the blowing winds.
Both the wise and the foolish men, in Matthew 7:24&26, built, but the difference was that the building of one stayed, while that of the other collapsed and great was the fall thereof.
What strengthens and validates your yields and results is the foundation upon which you have built!
That is what keeps you floating upon the waters meant to drown you and takes you on the wings of the winds that storm your advancements for greater expansion and gain. Your building will definitely go through the foundational test.
A feeble foundation is the recipe for falls and destruction, irrespective of how tall and gigantic a building appears.
