PROXIMITY IS NOT CONNECTIVITY BY CLEMENT AANUOLUWAPO

It is quite alarming how people would travel as far, down to attend a spiritual gathering, and get tremendously blessed, while regular attendees, or say workers of convening ministry don’t get as blessed.

How many parents are paying so dearly because they have refused to humble themselves and recognize that their own anointed children hold the keys to the many doors they had struggled to open to no avail?

This is against my thought that proximity to the altar should make you a partaker of the same, but disdain, impure motives, familiarity and dishonor, among others, have made some of those close by disconnected from the grace that works in the lives of men of grace.

The oil of priesthood never dropped on Hophni and Phinehas, the two sons of Prophet Eli for they knew not God, irrespective of their services as altar servants, but had the report that they were sons of Belial.

Gehazi, the leper, should have been referred to as Prophet Gehazi in his days and beyond with a dangerous level of the anointing in his discipleship with Prophet Elisha; but alas, reverse was the case!

Judas Iscariot never got it (sadly enough), he never did, in spite of his close contact with the Lord Jesus, who has the power to save and be a cover for him both in life and in destiny!

Repent of dishonor, disdain and disrespect for graces, even if carriers are your friends or relatives, it’s inconsequential! Many have paid needless painful prices solely because of this arrogance.

Proximity does not make you an automatic partaker. No man partakes of the grace he has little or no regard for, honour is key!

Say NO to overfamiliarity and impure motives of followership. Shalom! Matthew 10:41
