If God tells you to do anything at all, or a Godly vision strongly impressed in your heart, do it, you have the mind of Christ.
Impressions of the heart are one of God’s ways of leading His people, and that guy satan cannot savour the things of God.
But then, it’s quite funny how some folks can help you plan your life and even tell you their plans for you and what they feel will suit you culturally speaking, without seeking your interest, with a contrary opinion from you upsetting them.
They will complain you are not forwarding their own devised agenda, or not pushing them forward. The general opinions of men are inconsequential, so move on!
You will get persecuted and brawled at, that’s only normal, they did that for your Lord Jesus, how much more you his follower, the faithful servant will be as his master, says the Holy Scriptures.
You will get hurt, insulted and scraped in order to grow, not in your wildest imagination should you expect to grow based on compliments.
Do not live your life primarily to please men. Funny enough, the day you don’t meet up, men will go for someone else, that’s human beings for you, and they are so quick to throw people away like waste water.
Even if you dance on water, some folks will still complain you’re raising dust! So what’s the point?
Live your life for God and you will find out that you actually live a great life, at the same time for the benefit of humanity. Shalom!
